A. Payroll DeductionWhite copy to United Way of PEI
• Pink copy to Payroll Department
• Make a copy of pledge form to give to donor
B. Cash/Cheque/Credit Card
• White copy to United Way of PEI
• Pink copy to the donor
OFFICIAL RECEIPTS FOR CASH, CHEQUE OR CREDIT CARD ARE ISSUED BY UNITED WAY OF PEI OFFICE AT YEAR-END.
OFFICIAL RECEIPT AFTER COMPLETION OF PLEDGE ARE:
1. Included on T4 slip for those who used payroll deduction
2. Receipt issued (at the end of the year) by the United Way for those who paid by cash/cheque or credit card.
