2017 Campaign Launch

Together we are making great things happen in PEI!  As we kick-off the 2017 United Way of Prince Edward Island Campaign, we ask for your help to ensure we can continue to support the many programs in need of funding.

The United Way of Prince Edward Island is committed to the advancement of our Island community. Our mandate is to bring resources together to support local non-profit organizations, help them fund local projects, work with them to build sector strength, while collaborating with local leaders and stakeholders to address the pressing needs of Islanders.

The strength of our operation and the success of our strategy relies on the generosity and commitment of our donors and volunteers who partner with us to help advance people from poverty to possibility, enable kids to be all they can be and to foster healthy, strong communities  in our province. We measure our success not in dollars raised, but in lives changed – and every year, with your help, the United Way of PEI impacts the lives of thousands of Islanders. Without your support this wouldn’t happen!

Thanks to our donors, volunteers and advocates, we are currently supporting countless charities across PEI and directly funding 17 unique programs.

“Mine is just one voice, but mine is a voice of many voices of people that have been helped and continue to benefit from these programs. I can’t say thank you enough.” - Johnny, Summerside Boys and Girls Club.

"I learned about what it is through a few good friends of mine and it's been the best thing I have ever enrolled in."- Luke, Joyriders Therapeutic Riding Association.
