Leadership Giving

About United Way Leadership Giving

Leadership Giving is one of the most impactful ways you can help ensure friends and neighbours across PEI have access to important programs and services, both in times of stability and in times of crisis.

By making a donation of $1,200 or more to the United Way of PEI, Leadership Donors are a driving force of social change, working to meet basic, urgent needs – like food, shelter, and mental health supports – and helping to tackle long-term systemic change to create stronger, more resilient communities.

$1,200 - $2,499: Bronze Leaders

$2,500 - $4,999: Silver Leaders

$5,000 - $9.999: Gold Leaders

$10,000+: Platinum Leaders

The Impact of Leadership Giving

Your Leadership support of United Way funds essential programs and services through a network of local agencies across the Island, helping thousands of people each year.

$2,500 ($1,399/Year after tax credit*) - Provides a series of group healing activities for 30 Indigenous women, youth, and Two-Spirit community members impacted by the residential school system.

$5,000 ($2,757/Year after tax credit*) – Provides critical one-on-one mental health counseling sessions for 25 Islanders over the course of the year.

$10,000 ($5,472/Year after tax credit*) – Provides the opportunity for 50 kids from low-income families to attend a daily after-school program, connecting them to friends and mentors, and helping them build confidence.
