211 PEI: Information and Referral Services

211 is a free confidential information and referral service that will link Islanders with the community and social services they need.

Islanders will be able to access “211” 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, by dialing “2-1-1” to speak with a community resource specialist, or by searching the online database.

The 211PEI system is currently being built, with an anticipated launch date in January 2020.

Prior to its launch, 211PEI staff will be working with community partners, those in the non-profit and government sectors who provide non-emergency services, to build the database of programs and services.
