Aadi Sugumaran is an Industrial Engineer (E.I.T) with three years of experience in Operational Excellence, Change Management and Project Management. He graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial System Engineering and started his career in the food manufacturing industry. 

Aadi currently works at BIOVECTRA as a Continuous Improvement Specialist, where he manages projects geared towards operational excellence. He volunteered as a company program advisor with Junior Achievements where he mentored and supported a group of high school students through an 18-week entrepreneurial journey to create, run, and liquidate a start-up business. 

Aadi moved to PEI from Ontario in 2021. He loves travelling, playing sports, and exploring the great outdoors!
